AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by James
D. Sleeman seeking the allotment of Channel 229A to Sun Valley, NV, as
the community's first local FM service. Channel 229A can be allotted to
Sun Valley in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance
separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction,
at coordinates 39-35-47 North Latitude and 119-46-30 West Longitude.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 16, 1995, and reply
comments on or before March 31, 1995.

Notice of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 95-10, adopted January
11, 1995, and released January 23, 1995. The full text of this

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
to thisproceeding.
