AGENCY: Public Health Service (PHS), Department of Health and Human 
Services (HHS).

ACTION: Publication of minor changes to systems of records notices.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is publishing this 
document in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular 
No. A-130, Appendix I, ``Federal Agency Responsibilities for 
Maintaining Records about Individuals.''

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: FDA has completed the annual review of its 
systems of records and is publishing below (1) a table of contents 
which lists all active systems of records in FDA, and (2) minor changes 
which affect the public's right or need to know.
