    According to the Federal Advisory Committee Act of October 6, 1972 
(Public Law 92-463, 86 Stat. 770-776), as amended, the Cooperative 
State Research, Education and Extension Service announces the following 
meeting:
    Name: Joint Council on Food and Agricultural Sciences.
    Date: February 8-10, 1995.
    Time: February 8--1:15 p.m.-5:30 p.m.; February 9--8:00 a.m.-5:00 
p.m.; February 10--8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
    Place: February 8 (Combined meeting with UAB)--U.S. Department of 
Agriculture, Administration Building, room 107A, Washington, DC 20250; 
February 9 (Capitol Hill Room)--Embassy Suites-Crystal City, 1300 
Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202; February 10 
(Capitol Hill Room)--Embassy Suites-Crystal City.
    Type of Meeting: Open to the public. Persons may participate in the 
meeting as time and space permit.
    Comments: The public may file written comments before or after the 
meeting with the contact person named below.
    Purpose: To review the President's proposed budget for agricultural 
research, education, and extension and to write the annual report on 
priorities and accomplishments.
