of Burlington Northern Railroad Company
AGENCY: Interstate Commerce Commission.
ACTION: Notice of exemption.

SUMMARY: The Commission exempts from the prior approval requirements of
49 U.S.C. 11343-11345 the lease and operation by Blue Mountain
Railroad, Inc., of Burlington Northern Railroad Company's 6-mile line
of railroad between Walla Walla and Walair, WA, subject to standard
labor protective conditions.
DATES: This exemption will be effective on November 5, 1994. Petitions
for stay must be filed by October 21, 1994. Petitions to reopen must be
filed by October 31, 1994.
