If an interested party does not request an administrative review in
accordance with the Department's notice of opportunity to request

Department's intent to revoke pursuant to this notice, we shall
conclude that the antidumping finding is no longer of interest to
interested parties and shall proceed with the revocation. However, if
an interested party does request an administrative review in accordance
with the Department's notice of opportunity to request an
administrative review, or a domestic interested party objects to the
Department's intent to revoke pursuant to this notice, the Department
may continue the finding without further notice to the public.
