Announcement of Suspension of Enforcement of Import Restraint 
Limits, Guaranteed Access Levels and Export Visa Requirements for 
Certain Cotton and Man-Made Fiber Textile Products Produced or 
Manufactured in Haiti; Correction

August 23, 1994.
    The notice and letter to the Commissioner of Customs published in 
the Federal Register on July 11, 1994 (59 FR 35325) cancels and 
supersedes the notice and letter to the Commissioner of Customs dated 
January 26, 1994 (57 FR 4693, published on February 1, 1994) which 
announced the establishment of 1994 import limits and guaranteed access 
levels and visa requirements for certain cotton and man-made fiber 
textile products, produced or manufactured in Haiti.
