AGENCY: Minority Business Development Agency, Commerce.
ACTION: Amended.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the advertisement as it appeared in the
August 15, 1994, issue for the Minority Business Development Agency
(MBDA) announcing that it is soliciting competitive applications for
its Native American Business Development Center (NABDC).
CLOSING DATE: The closing date for applications is September 23, 1994.
Applications must be post-marked on or before September 23, 1994.
Anticipated processing time of this award is 120 days.
ADDRESS: U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development
Agency, Atlanta Regional Office, 401 W. Peachtree Street NW., Suite
1715, Atlanta, Georgia 30308-3516.
A pre-application conference will be held on September 7, 1994 at
9:00 a.m., at the Atlanta Regional Office.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The funding instrument for this project will
be a cooperative agreement. The award has been amended to reflect the

organizations, state and local governments, American Indian tribes and
educational institutions.
