The document describes the technical assistance grants, programs, and services to be made available to the corrections field during the next fiscal year, which begins October 1, 1994 and ends September 30, 1995. A separate document, the NIC Academy Schedule of Training and Services for Fiscal Year 1995, describes the training programs and services to be provided by the NIC Academy for state and local corrections practitioners.
