Take notice that on August 2, 1994, Northwest Pipeline Corporation (Northwest) tendered for filing a Petition for Limited Waiver of Tariff. Northwest seeks waiver of the Federal Energy Regulation Commission's first-come, first-served policy, as reflected in Section 1 of Northwest's TI-1 Rate Schedule and the Priority Date provisions of Section 12 of the General Terms and Conditions in Third Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff, in order to allow the receipt and delivery point priority of service dates previously held by Bridgegas U.S.A. Inc., as agent for Bridge Oil Company L.P., under an Interruptible Transportation Agreement to be retained by Bridgegas U.S.A. Inc.'s marketing affiliate and assignee, Bridgegas Company. Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed on or before August 12, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
