If interested parties do not request an administrative review in
accordance with the Department's notice of opportunity to request
administrative review, and domestic interested parties do not object to
the Department's intent to revoke pursuant to this notice, we shall
conclude that the antidumping duty orders and findings are no longer of
interest to interested parties and shall proceed with the revocation.
However, if interested parties do request an administrative review in
accordance with the Department's notice of opportunity to request
administrative review, or domestic interested parties do object to the
Department's intent to revoke pursuant to this notice, the Department
will continue the duty order or finding without further notice to the
public.

Opportunity To Object

Domestic interested parties, as defined in Sec. 353.2(k) (3), (4),
(5), and (6) of the Department's regulations, may object to the
Department's intent to revoke these antidumping duty orders and
findings by the last day of August 1994, with the exception of Solid
Urea from Romania. In that case, the opportunity to object will remain
the last day of July. Any submission to a revocation must contain the
name and case number of the proceeding and a statement that explains
how the objecting party qualifies as a domestic interested party under
Sec. 353.2(k) (3), (4), (5), and (6) of the Department's regulations.
Seven copies of such objections should be submitted to the
Assistant Secretary for Import Administration, International Trade
Administration, Room B-099, U.S. Department of Commerce, Washington,
D.C. 20230. You must also include the pertinent certification(s) in
accordance with sections 353.31(g) and 353.31(i) of the Department's
regulations. In addition, the Department requests that a copy of the
objection be sent to Michael F. Panfeld in Room 4203.
This notice is in accordance with 19 CFR 353.25(d)(4)(i).

    Dated: July 27, 1994.
