AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, on its own motion, amends the Table of FM
Allotments to specify the correct classes of channels allotted to
various communities. These amendments are necessary to reflect changes
that have been authorized in response to applications filed by
licensees and permittees operating on these channels. This action
constitutes an editorial change in the Table of Allotments. Therefore,
a public notice and comment proceeding is unnecessary. See 5 U.S.C.
553(b) (A) and (B). With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
