Take notice that on July 15, 1994, Williams Natural Gas Company (WNG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute First Revised Sheet Nos. 7 and 8, to be effective October 1, 1993. WNG states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with a Commission order dated July 5, 1994, in Docket Nos. RP89-183-057, et al. The order required WNG to make a refund to Union Pacific Fuels and file with the Commission a revised refund report to reflect the refund and the revised take-or-pay/GSR offset within 15 days thereafter. The revised direct bill amounts are reflected on the tendered tariff sheets. WNG states that a copy of its filing was served on all participants listed on the service lists maintained by the Commission in the docket referenced above and on all of WNG's jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions. Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed on or before July 27, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
