Corporation Act, as amended (Pub. L. 92-578), and PADC's Affirmative 
Action Policy and Procedure, 36 CFR Part 906, PADC has requested the 
developer of the Federal Triangle site in Washington, DC to obtain, on 
a voluntary basis, detailed statistics of racial and ethnic composition 
of the construction workforce on the project.
