Trailblazer Pipeline Co.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

July 13, 1994.
    Take notice that on July 11, 1994, Trailblazer Pipeline Company 
(Trailblazer) tendered for filing to be a part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Third Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. 124, with a 
proposed effective date of August 26, 1994.
    Trailblazer states that the purpose of the filing is to modify the 
first-of-the-month deadline of its Tariff to permit nominations up 
until 10:00 a.m. on the last business day preceding the first day of 
the month.
    Trailblazer requested whatever waivers may be necessary to permit 
the tariff sheet to become effective August 26, 1994.
    Trailblazer states that a copy of the filing was mailed to 
Trailblazer's jurisdictional transportation customers and interested 
state regulatory agencies.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Secs. 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's 
Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed on or before 
July 20, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the public reference room.
