Defense Production: Priorities and Allocations Authority; Removal 
of CFR Part

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This rule removes 44 CFR 322, Defense Production: Priorities 
and Allocations Authority (DMO-3), the authority for which was 
superseded by Executive Order 12919 of June 3, 1994.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 15, 1994.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On June 3, 1994, the President signed 
Executive Order 12919, National Defense Industrial Resources 
Preparedness, 59 FR 29525, June 7, 1994, which delegated authorities 
under the Defense Production Act and revoked and superseded certain 
authorities that were the basis for 44 CFR part 322. This rule removes 
part 322 to comply with Executive Order 12919.

PART 322--[REMOVED]

    Accordingly, 44 CFR part 322 is removed.
