Availability of the Amendment of the Assured Delivery Provisions 
of Bonneville Power Administration's Long-Term Intertie Access Policy 
(LTIAP) and Increased Assured Delivery--Access for Non-Scheduling 
Utilities Record of Decision (ROD)

AGENCY: Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), DOE.

ACTION: Notice of ROD on Amendment of the Assured Delivery Provisions 
of BPA's LTIAP and Increased Assured Delivery--Access for Non-
Scheduling Utilities.

SUMMARY: Today's notice announces the availability of the ROD for the 
Amendment of the Assured Delivery Provisions of BPA's LTIAP and 
Increased Assured Delivery--Access for Non-Scheduling Utilities.

    BPA is proceeding with these decisions to facilitate expanded 
Pacific Northwest-Pacific Southwest Intertie access for non-Federal 
parties in a manner consistent with the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
