Columbia Gulf Transmission Company; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

June 15, 1994.
    Take notice that on June 10, 1994, Columbia Gulf Transmission 
Company (Columbia Gulf) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to be 
effective November 1, 1994.

Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 272
Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 273

    Columbia Gulf states that these tariff sheets are being filed in 
compliance with ordering paragraph (A) of the Commission's May 27, 
1994, Order in the above-referenced docket which required Columbia Gulf 
to revise its tariff to eliminate from its General Terms and Conditions 
a proposed inflation adjustment allowance.
    Columbia Gulf states that a copy of the filing is being served on 
all parties shown on the Commission's service list in the docket, 
jurisdictional customers and interested State Commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests should 
be filed on or before June 22, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of 
Columbia Gulf's filing are on file with the Commission and are 
available for public inspection.
