Special Reporting Requirements for Emergency Diesel Generators''

AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Notice of issuance.

SUMMARY: The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued Generic 
Letter 94-01 on ``Removal of Accelerated Testing and Special Reporting 
Requirements for Emergency Diesel Generators''. This generic letter is 
available in the Public Document Rooms under accession number 
9405190384. The resolution of public comments received on this generic 
letter is discussed in a memorandum to the Chairman of the Committee to 
Review Generic Requirements which is also available in the Public 
Document Rooms under accession number 9406030019. This generic letter 
is also discussed in Commission information paper SECY-94-129 which is 
also available in the Public Document Room under accession number
