ACTION: Proposed rule; reopening of comment period. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: USEPA is reopening the comment period for a proposed rule published on March 4, 1994 (59 FR 10349). On this date, USEPA proposed to disapprove Ohio's submittal for the review of new sources and modifications of existing sources in nonattainment areas in the State. Pursuant to a request from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, USEPA is extending the comment period for an additional sixty days.
