Update to Financial Institutions For Which the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation Has Been Appointed Either Receiver, Liquidator,
or Manager
AGENCY: Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
ACTION: Updated listing of financial institutions in liquidation.

SUMMARY: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Corporation) has
adopted a policy statement concerning section 219(2) of the Financial
Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (12 U.S.C.
1825(b)(2)) and 28 U.S.C. 2410(c). The policy statement and an initial
listing of financial institutions in liquidation were published in the
July 2, 1992 issue of the Federal Register (57 FR 29491). The following
is a list of financial institutions which have been placed in
liquidation since publication of the last updated list on December 13,
1993 (58 FR 65183).
