National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke; Meeting

    Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of meetings 
of committees of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and 
Stroke (NINDS).
    These meetings will be open to the public to discuss program 
planning, program accomplishments and special reports or other issues 
relating to committee business as indicated in the notice. Attendance 
by the public will be limited to space available.
    These meetings will be closed to the public as indicated below in 
accordance with the provisions set forth in sections 552b(c)(4) and 
552b(c)(6), title 5, U.S.C. and section 10(d) of Public Law 92-463, for 
the review, discussion and evaluation of individual grant applications. 
These applications and discussions could reveal confidential trade 
secrets or commercial property such as patentable material, and 
personal information concerning individuals associated with the 
applications, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly 
unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
    Summaries of meetings, rosters of committee members, and other 
information pertaining to the meetings can be obtained from the 
Excecutive Secretary or the Scientific Review Administrator indicated. 
Individuals who plan to attend and need special assistance, such as 
sign language interpretation or other reasonable accommodations, should 
contact the Executive Secretary or the Scientific Review Administrator 
listed for the meeting.
