Customs Approval of Accutest Services, Inc., as a Commercial 
Gauger

AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Treasury.

ACTION: Notice of approval of Accutest Services, Inc., as a Commercial 
Gauger.

SUMMARY: Accutest Services, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas has recently 
applied to U.S. Customs for approval to gauge imported petroleum, 
petroleum products, organic chemicals and vegetable and animal oils 
under Sec. 151.13 of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 151.13). Customs 
has determined that Accutest Services, Inc., meets all of the 
requirements for approval as a commercial gauger.
    Therefore, in accordance with Sec. 151.13(f) of the Customs 
Regulations, Accutest Services, Inc. is approved to gauge the products 
named above in all Customs districts.

EFFECTIVE DATE: March, 22, 1994.
