ACTION: Notice of withdrawal of advance notice of proposed rulemaking; correction. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice of withdrawal of advance notice of proposed rulemaking that appeared in the Federal Register of February 3, 1994 (59 FR 5226). The document announced the withdrawal of the advance notice of proposed rulemaking that would have established conditions under which over-the-counter (OTC) vaginal drug products are generally recognized as safe and effective and not misbranded.
