Columbia Gulf Transmission Co.; Report of Refund

March 9, 1994.
    Take notice that on November 23, 1993, Columbia Gulf Transmission 
Company (Columbia) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission (Commission) a Refund Report of $16,990,440.84 in 
refunds Columbia made to certain jurisdictional transportation 
customers on October 25, 1993, for the period December 1, 1991 through 
September 30, 1993. Columbia states that the refunds are in accordance 
with Article I, Section E of the Joint Offer of Settlement (Settlement) 
that it and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation submitted to the 
Commission on November 9, 1992. On April 2, 1993, and September 29, 
1993, the Commission issued orders in Docket No. RP91-160 et al., 
approving the Settlement. Columbia states that the refunds including 
interest computed in accordance with Sec. 154.67(c)(2) of the 
Commission's regulations.
    Columbia states that a copy of the detail of each customer's refund 
calculation has been mailed to each respective customer and a copy of 
the Refund Report to interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.211 of 
the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed 
on or before March 16, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection in the public reference room.
