Trunkline Gas Company; Compliance Filing

February 7, 1994.
    Take notice that on November 15, 1993, Trunkline Gas Company 
(Trunkline) in compliance with the Commission's letter order dated 
October 29, 1993, submits for filing materials to substantiate the 
proposed increases to Trunkline's fuel reimbursement percentages.
    Trunkline states that Attachment A to the filing sets forth 
detailed explanations in support of Trunkline's proposed fuel 
reimbursement increases. Trunkline states that Attachment B to the 
filing consists of graphs which are similar to those which have been 
received in Trunkline rate case proceedings and which set forth the 
relationship between throughput volumes and fuel use over the three 
previous winters periods.
    Trunkline states that copies of the letter and attachments are 
being sent to all parties to the above-referenced proceeding and 
appropriate state regulatory agencies.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211. All such 
protests should be filed on or before February 14, 1994. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
