ACTION: Interim final rule; extension of comment period. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: NMFS announces that it is extending the comment period from January 27, 1994, through January 31, 1994, on the interim final rule imposing trip limits of 4,000 lbs (1,814 kg) for large coastal sharks. In order to allow the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to convene, and to provide additional time for written comments, NMFS is extending the comment period on the interim final rule.
