In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small businesses located in the following contiguous counties may be filed until the specified date at the previously designated location: Dunklin, Gasconade, Laclede, New Madrid, Phelps, Pulaski, Warren, and Wright Counties in Missouri, and Jackson and Randolph Counties in Illinois. All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date for filing applications for physical damage is January 31, 1994, and for economic injury the deadline is September 1, 1994.
