ACTION: Notice of proposed cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) negotiations. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The United States Geological Survey (USGS) has entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with CQ Inc. The purpose of the CRADA is to develop models for predicting the fate of potentially toxic trace elements in commercial coal cleaning procedures. Any other organization interested in pursuing the possibility of a CRADA for similar kinds of activities should contact the USGS.
