J, P.L. 116–94), I am transmitting the Progress Report for implementing the U.S. Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability in GFA priority countries (Haiti, Libya, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea) and the sub-region of Coastal West Africa (Benin, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, and Togo).
