                          SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

                        [To accompany H.R. 4312]

                      correction--committee votes

    Pursuant to clause 3(a)(2) of rule XIII of the Rules of the 
House of Representatives for the 119th Congress, the Committee 
on Education and Workforce is filing this supplemental report 
to correct an error in the report to accompany H.R. 4312, 
Student Compensation and Opportunity through Rights and 
Endorsements Act (H. Rept. 119-270, Part 2).

    12. Representative Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ) offered an 
amendment that requires colleges to provide to any employee 
associated with athletics an annual training on Title IX, what 
conduct constitutes sex discrimination, and the procedures for 
submitting Title IX complaints. The amendment also requires 
that these employees notify the Title IX coordinator when the 
employee has received information about sex discrimination. The 
amendment failed by a recorded vote of 16-20.
