The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration
House Resolution 1092, by a record vote of 9 to 3, report the
same to the House with the recommendation that the resolution
be adopted.
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION
The resolution relates to the consideration of H.R. 5724,
to implement the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion
Agreement. The resolution provides that section 151(e)(1) and
section 151(f)(1) of the Trade Act of 1974 shall not apply in
the case of H.R. 5724.
