 OF THE RULES RELATING TO PROCEDURES OF THE COMMITTEE ON STANDARDS OF 
 OFFICIAL CONDUCT TO THE FORM IN WHICH THOSE PROVISIONS EXISTED AT THE 
                      CLOSE OF THE 108TH CONGRESS

    Mr. Drier, from the Committee on Rules, submitted the following

                              R E P O R T

                       [To accompany H. Res. 241]

    The Committee on Rules having had under consideration House 
Resolution 241, by a non-record vote reports the same to the 
House with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted.

                SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION

    The resolution provides that upon adoption of the rule, 
House Resolution 240 is hereby adopted.
