Res. 258] The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration House Resolution 258, by a record vote of 8 to 3, report the same to the House with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION The resolution provides for consideration of S. 222, the Zuni Indian Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act, and S. 273, the Grand Teton National Park Land Exchange Act under a closed rule. The rule provides forty minutes of general debate on S. 222 equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Resources. The rule waives all points of order against consideration of S. 222. The rule provides one motion to recommit, with or without instructions, for S. 222. The rule further provides forty minutes of general debate on S. 273 equally divided and controlled by the chairman and ranking minority member of the Committee on Resources.
