Dear Mr. Speaker: By direction of the Committee on
Appropriations of July 17, 2001, I submit herewith the
Committee's report on the revised suballocation of budget
allocations for fiscal year 2002.
This revised suballocation is necessary to reflect the
increased allocation the Committee received for emergency
appropriations that were included in the fiscal year 2002
Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban
Development, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Bill.

The Committee on Appropriations submits the following
report on the revised suballocation of budget totals for fiscal
year 2002 pursuant to section 314 of the Congressional Budget
Act of 1974.
