Committee's report on the revised suballocation of budget 
allocations.
    This revised suballocation is necessary to reflect the 
increased
allocation the Committee received for funding designated as an 
emergency requirement that is included in the Department of the 
Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Bill.

 report on the revised suballocation of budget allocations for fiscal 
                               year 2001

    The Committee on Appropriations submits the following 
report on the revised suballocation of budget totals for fiscal 
year 2001 pursuant to section 314 of the Congressional Budget 
Act of 1974.
