       H.R. 2556. A bill to provide low-income parents residing in 
     the District of Columbia, particularly parents of students 
     who attend elementary or secondary schools identified for 
     improvement, corrective action, or restructuring under title 
     I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, with 
     expanded opportunities for enrolling their children in 
     higher-performing schools in the District of Columbia, and 
     for other purposes; to the Committee on Government Reform.

       H.R. 2557. A bill to provide for the conservation and 
     development of water and related resources, to authorize the 
     Secretary of the Army to construct various projects for 
     improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States, and 
     for other purposes; to the Committee on Transportation and 
     Infrastructure.

       H.R. 2558. A bill to amend the Water Resources Development 
     Act of 1976 to allow the Secretary of the Army to extend the 
     period during which the Secretary may provide beach 
     nourishment for a water resources development project; to the 
     Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

       H.R. 2560. A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social 
     Security Act to clarify the scope of chiropractic services 
     that may be furnished under the Medicare Program and that 
     chiropractors are the only health care professionals 
     qualified under that program to furnish those services; to 
     the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the 
     Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently 
     determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of 
     such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
     committee concerned.

       H.R. 2561. A bill to provide grants to States to establish, 
     expand, or enhance prekindergarten programs for children who 
     are not yet enrolled in kindergarten; to the Committee on 
     Education and the Workforce.

       H.R. 2562. A bill to provide financial assistance to law 
     school graduates who choose to accept employment in a public 
     interest position; to the Committee on Education and the 
     Workforce.

       H.R. 2563. A bill to amend the Head Start Act to provide 
     additional funding for States
