       H.R. 1366. An act to designate the United States Post 
     Office building located at 3101 West Sunflower Avenue in 
     Santa Ana, California, as the ``Hector G. Godinez Post Office 
     Building''; to the Committee on Governmental Affairs.
       H.R. 3925. An act to establish an exchange program between 
     the Federal Government and the private sector in order to 
     promote the development of expertise in information 
     technology management, and for other purposes; to the 
     Committee on Governmental Affairs.
