       CROW TRIBE WATER RIGHTS SETTLEMENT AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2025

  Mr. HUSTED. Madam President, I ask that the Chair lay before the 
Senate a message from the House on S. 240.
  The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the following message 
from the House of Representatives:

       Resolved, That the bill from the Senate (S. 240) entitled 
     ``An Act to amend the Crow Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act 
     of 2010 to make improvements to that Act, and for other 
     purposes.'', do pass with an amendment.


                            Motion to Concur

  Mr. HUSTED. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
concur in the House amendment and that the motion to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
