                 PRESIDENT TRUMP'S IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES

  (Mr. GREEN of Texas asked and was given permission to address the 
House for 1 minute and to revise and extend his remarks.)
  Mr. GREEN of Texas. Mr. Speaker, at the conclusion of my 1-minute 
remarks, I ask to receive the attention of the Speaker to pose a clause 
2(a)(1), rule IX resolution, a privileged resolution.
  I will bring this resolution because there is a President who is 
committing impeachable offenses, and this is the solution for this 
President.
  Mr. Speaker, I await recognition for my resolution.
