      DIGITAL ASSET MARKET CLARITY ACT OF 2025--Motion to Proceed

  Mr. THUNE. Madam President, I move to proceed to Calendar No. 423, 
H.R. 3633.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report.

       Motion to proceed to Calendar No. 423, H.R. 3633, a bill to 
     provide for a system of regulation of the offer and sale of 
     digital commodities by the Securities and Exchange Commission 
     and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, to amend the 
     Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks 
     from offering certain products or services directly to an 
     individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital 
     currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.

rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, do hereby move to bring 
to a close debate on the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 423, H.R. 
3633, a bill to provide for a system of regulation of the offer and 
sale of digital commodities by the Securities and Exchange Commission 
and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, to amend the Federal
