  SA 6744. Mr. HAWLEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 4668, to protect the name, image, and likeness 
rights of, and provide protections for, student athletes and to promote 
fair competition among intercollegiate athletics, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 121(a)(2), strike subparagraph (C) and insert 
     the following:
       (C) except in the case of such a law, regulation, rule, 
     requirement, or standard that prohibits biological men from 
     playing in women's sports, any provision described in section 
     113 relating to the eligibility of a student athlete to 
     participate in intercollegiate athletics.
