  SA 6726. Mr. CRUZ submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 5334, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 
to allow early childhood educators to take the educator expense 
deduction, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:

       At the end of title II, add the following:

     SEC. 204. REPEAL OF WAIVER AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS OF 
                   PROTECTING EUROPE'S ENERGY SECURITY ACT OF 
                   2019.

       Section 7503 of the Protecting Europe's Energy Security Act 
     of 2019 (title LXXV of Public Law 116-92; 22 U.S.C. 9526 
     note) is amended by striking subsections (f) and (h).
