                               Sanctions

  Mrs. BLACKBURN. Mr. President, before I begin my remarks, I commend 
each of my colleagues who has come to the floor to speak on the Russia 
sanctions bill and how important it is that we get this passed. This is 
a measure I have supported, and I am so pleased we are finally taking 
the vote and taking action on that.
