  SA 6706. Mr. THUNE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the resolution S. Res. 817, authorizing the en bloc 
consideration in Executive Session of certain nominations on the 
Executive Calendar.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       One page 11, beginning on line 4 strike the following:
       ``(63) Calendar Number 873: Erich Hernandez-Baquero, of 
     Florida, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Air Force.
       (64) Calendar Number 874: Roger Mason, of Virginia, to be 
     the Director of the National Reconnaissance Office.''
