                    ORDERS FOR MONDAY, JULY 27, 2026

  Mr. ARMSTRONG. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on 
Monday, July 27; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and the Senate be in a period of morning business with Senators 
permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; further, 
notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture motion with respect to the 
Clayton nomination ripen at 5:30 p.m.
