         HONORING 10 YEAR 4-H MEMBERS IN INDIANA'S 4TH DISTRICT

  Mr. BAIRD. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to celebrate the many 4-H 
members through the 4th District who recently reached 10 years of 4-H 
membership. As a 10 year 4-H member myself, this truly gives me joy to 
speak about.
  4-H members pledge their minds, hearts, and whole person toward 
serving their communities. Supporting the very future of agriculture 
will have an impact that extends far beyond their current endeavors.
  So, with all my head, heart, hands, and health, I thank all the 10 
year 4-H members for helping strengthen the bonds of all those they 
meet through their 4-H mission.
