     the Federal Reserve System, transmitting the Board's Monetary 
     Policy Report, pursuant to section 2B of the Federal Reserve

       EC-4198. A letter from the Deputy General Counsel for

     transmitting notification of a nomination, pursuant to 5

     notification of a discontinuation of service in acting role 
     and action on nomination, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 3349(a);

     of the President, transmitting notification of a vacancy and

       EC-4202. A letter from the Chair, Federal Election
