                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2026

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m. 
on Wednesday, July 15; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate proceed to 
executive session and resume consideration of the Kuntz nomination; 
further, that notwithstanding rule XXII, the cloture motion ripen at 12 
noon on the Kuntz nomination; that if cloture is invoked, all 
postcloture time be expired at 2 p.m. and the Senate vote on 
confirmation of the nomination at that time; finally, that if the 
nomination is confirmed during Wednesday's session of the Senate, the 
motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the 
President be immediately notified of the Senate's actions.
