COMMEMORATING THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNITED STATES FOREST SERVICE 
                 INSTITUTE OF PACIFIC ISLANDS FORESTRY

  Mr. BOOZMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry be discharged from 
further consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 742.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 742) commemorating the 70th 
     anniversary of the United States Forest Service Institute of 
     Pacific Islands Forestry.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate 
proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. BOOZMAN. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed 
to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table.
