                              {time} 1426

Mr. BILIRAKIS and Ms. STEFANIK changed their vote from ``yea'' to
``nay.''
Mr. SMITH of Washington changed his vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So the concurrent resolution was not agreed to.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
  Stated against:
Ms. BOEBERT. Mr. Speaker, on Roll Call No. 232, I mistakenly voted
Yea when I intended to vote Nay.

                          PERSONAL EXPLANATION

Mrs. HAYES. Mr. Speaker, I was unavailable to vote because of a
health emergency. Had I been present, I would have voted NAY on Roll
Call No. 230, NO on Roll Call No. 231, and YEA on Roll Call No. 232.
